Refund policy for Make Image Clearer

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something goes wrong, please review the policy below and contact us at support@makeimageclearer.com.

Order process, tax issue, and invoicing to end users are conducted by Creem, the Merchant of Record.

Eligibility

  • Applies to subscriptions and one-time purchases made on makeimageclearer.com.
  • You must submit your request within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • We may decline refunds for abuse, repeated refunds, or clear misuse.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@makeimageclearer.com with your order number (or the email used to purchase) and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We will review and reply within 3 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Partial refunds and downgrades

  • For active subscriptions, we can downgrade future renewals or cancel and refund the current cycle if usage is minimal or features are unavailable.
  • Overages or fully used quotas may be non-refundable unless caused by a service issue on our side.

Service issues

If our service is down or malfunctioning (e.g., failed image processing, unavailable features), we will either credit usage or refund the affected period at our discretion.
